From the 1st November 2017 you will no longer be able to order repeat prescriptions over the telephone, unless you are housebound.
The 2 ways in which to order repeat prescriptions will be either:
Online via the link at the top of this page (please ask reception for details)
Putting the right hand side of your previous prescription (with the items required ticked), into the prescription box located in the waiting room.
Your prescription will be available within 48hrs.
If you wish the prescription to be posted, please supply a stamped addressed envelope.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
